It's that time of year again! NIWeek 2012 lands next week, and JKI will be there again to spend quality time with friends old and new. Don't miss us! We're in Booth #630, right by the Technology Theater Stage.

In addition to roaming the show floor and haunting the networking events, you'll find us sharing our knowledge in the technical sessions. Check out these great talks presented by JKI engineers and some of our friends in the LabVIEW world:

Secret Sauce: Non-LabVIEW Tools to Make You a Better LabVIEW Developer
Tuesday, August 7 – 10:30-11:30 a.m. – Room 12B
Justin Goeres, JKI

If you could save one hour a day by working smarter, how much more value could you create and how much less stress would you feel? LabVIEW Champion Justin Goeres shows you how to manage your code, projects, and commitments using the same free and low-cost tools JKI engineers use.

VI Shots Live from NIWeek 2012 hosted by JKI’s Michael Aivaliotis
Tuesday, August 7 –  4:00 p.m. – Technology Theater

Join us in the Technology Theater for a Live session of the world's most famous LabVIEW podcast. Michael Aivaliotis sits down with a panel of prominent LabVIEW community members to discuss the burning questions of the day in the LabVIEW world.

A Scalable Plug-In Architecture for Monitoring Distributed Real-Time Applications
Thursday, August 9 – 10:30-11:30 a.m. – Room 16A
Fabiola De la Cueva, Delacor

Watch LabVIEW Champion and LabVIEW Architects Forum Founder Fabiola De la Cueva demonstrate a scalable, configurable plug-in-based architecture for monitoring multiple distributed targets even if the targets are different system types. Examine advanced techniques like LabVIEW object-oriented programming and subpanelling and take the code home with you.

Fire and Forget: Bulletproof Builds Using Continuous Integration With LabVIEW
Thursday, August 9 – 1:00-2:00 p.m. – Ballroom E
Omar Mussa, JKI

With continuous integration (CI), you never have to manually build code. A build server automatically builds the application when new code changes are checked in and sends reports when problems are encountered. JKI Services Manager Omar Mussa will demonstrate how JKI created an automated CI system for LabVIEW code using free, off-the- shelf tools.
